You've likely planned for your baby's birth, now it's time to prepare for the postpartum!
You won't be left saying "Why didn't anyone tell me that?"
Even though you and baby are not quite ready for sleep training, you can still learn to apply the building blocks to healthy, independent sleep.
There are so many variables to naps that it can be confusing and so much work that you end up giving up.
We take away the guesswork.
Please reach us at douladuo2@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The goal of sleep training is to give PARENTS the confidence and skills to help their children become independent sleepers. Babies will learn to fall asleep and BACK to sleep by themselves.
Because we are experts! We've read all the books, taken the courses, have all the information you need and we are confident teachers. By working with us, you will save yourself time, be supported every step of the way, and be more successful!
Sleep training can begin around 4 months of age.
It is recommended that you consult your physician before beginning sleep training. We want to make sure that your baby is developmentally ready.
It really depends on the method you choose, and how firmly you commit. Our package includes two weeks of support
One size does not fit all. We help you decide on a method that fits your baby's needs, and your parenting style.
Learning something new can be unsettling, so some crying is expected (you might cry too). You decide how much crying you are comfortable with. Babies pick up very quickly on routine though, the crying will not last long if you are consistent.
It is really up to you how successful you are, depending on your goals, and what your definition of success is. Whichever method you choose, consistency is key, and we are with you every step of the way to problem-solve and keep you on track.
Absolutely! Our background gives us special insight into the unique needs of non-neurotypical children.
